The Senior Manager Business Process Excellence will work with Site leadership to identify critical areas where there is a business need to execute continuous improvement projects. This role involves creating business cases for proposed changes, validating needs through data analysis, and determining appropriate metrics for initiatives. The position will develop, implement, update, and maintain strategy and methodology for business process excellence/continuous improvement, including Execution and Improvement Methodologies like Six Sigma and Lean. Responsibilities include leading structured problem-solving efforts, providing a robust process for problem-solving and Business Process Excellence (BPE) projects, and communicating obstacles and opportunities. The role also involves networking with other BPE teams to implement best practices and harmonize the BPE approach globally. Telecommuting is permitted, with work performed within normal commuting distance from the Fremont, CA office up to 60% of the time.
