The fab2 team is rebuilding the chip fabrication process from the ground-up, offering interns exposure to interesting and impactful work. This is a hands-on process engineering role where interns will be responsible for experiment design and execution of new semiconductor and thin-film fabrication methods. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of traditional semiconductor processing methods and an open-mindedness to new techniques. This is a high-ownership role with significant autonomy in a fast-moving startup environment, providing opportunities to contribute to novel R&D processes and influence tool design. Candidates should possess hands-on cleanroom experience and a proven ability to develop nanofabrication recipes from scratch, ideally across multiple process steps.
