About The Position
The Process Engineering Intern supports Platform Engineers on trials, projects, and long-term assignments. The intern also leads plant-wide process improvements, reviews product specifications, assists with continuous improvement projects, and supports new material trials on production lines. Employees whose roles may bring them into contact with sensitive data receive at least annual training on data privacy and security.
Responsibilities
- Support Platform Engineers on trials, projects, and long-term assignments.
- Lead plant-wide process improvements, including run-to-target efforts, document standardizations, and audits.
- Review product specifications for accuracy.
- Assist with continuous improvement projects focused on efficiency, scrap, quality, and safety.
- Assist with new material trials on production lines.
