About The Position

The Process Engineer (Quality) is responsible for maintaining, monitoring, and improving the manufacturing process. The role focuses on keeping machines within operating parameters, checking product quality, documenting production activity, addressing equipment and safety issues, and finding ways to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements

• Broad knowledge of operational procedures and tools, obtained through extensive work experience.
• Three to five years of experience with operational procedures and tools.

Nice To Haves

• A bachelor’s degree in chemical, mechanical, or industrial engineering is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and adjust machine parameters to maintain product quality.
• Regularly test products and batches to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Identify and report machine faults to supervisors.
• Maintain detailed production logbooks documenting processes and issues.
• Ensure safety guidelines are followed and address safety hazards.
• Identify production-process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
