About The Position

The Kraft Heinz Company is hiring a first-shift Process Control Driver at its sauces and pickles processing facility in Holland, Michigan. Candidates must complete an onsite eye exam and written test to be considered. The position involves operating a forklift and Temco pump, handling raw materials and finished goods, supporting kitchen operations, and following food safety and quality procedures. Work may take place outdoors in any weather. The plant has approximately 300 employees and is represented by UFCW Local 705.

Requirements

Ability to work outdoors as needed and in any weather.
Availability to work weekends and some holidays.
Completion of an onsite eye exam and written test as part of consideration for the role.

Nice To Haves

Prior forklift experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Unload raw materials from trucks and supply the kitchen department with materials and ingredients using a lift truck.
Place raw materials and finished goods in designated storage areas and load finished goods onto trucks.
Operate a forklift to unload cucumbers.
Operate a Temco pump indoors and outdoors.
Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
Complete required observations and training on time and as scheduled.
Support Plant Quality Systems and follow FSQ requirements, including GMPs and other daily or job-specific duties supporting QRMP.
Work outdoors in any weather.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Team Leader.
