About The Position

Creative Foam is hiring a Process Tech to plan and control production procedures, identify process needs and improvements, and implement process changes. The role includes developing manufacturing processes through effective use of in-house build programs, outside vendor build programs, and equipment vendors. The Process Tech also maintains accurate engineering records and documentation to support and verify process and product changes, and designs and engineers processes. The position requires some knowledge of foam materials in production and mechanical ability for machine buildup and repair. Work hours are Monday through Friday, 5:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., with overtime as needed. Pay is commensurate with education and experience.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience with controls.
• At least 2 years of troubleshooting experience.
• Mechanical ability for machine buildup and repair.
• Some knowledge of foam material in production.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of polypropylene foam and polyethylene foam.
