About The Position

Creative Foam is hiring a Process Tech to plan and control production procedures, identify process needs and improvements, and lead projects to implement process changes. The role develops manufacturing processes using in-house build programs, outside vendor build programs, and equipment vendors; designs and engineers processes; and maintains accurate, adequate engineering records and documents supporting process and product changes. The position also involves knowledge of foam materials in production and mechanical ability for machine buildup and repair. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 5:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., with overtime as needed.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience with controls.
• At least 2 years of troubleshooting experience.
• Mechanical ability for machine buildup and repair.
• Some knowledge of foam material in production.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of polypropylene foam and polyethylene foam.

Responsibilities
