About The Position

Alleguard is hiring a Process Tech to organize manufacturing processes and practices by developing and applying standard operating parameters for products and equipment used in manufacturing. The role formulates, administers, and coordinates manufacturing policies, processes, methods, and procedures to improve operating performance, reduce waste and delays, and promote plant-wide cost reductions. The position may involve intense physical exertion in low-to-high temperatures and humidity. It requires medium strength and dexterity, and may involve lifting up to 40 pounds to shoulder height, standing, bending, and stretching for extended periods.
