About The Position
The Lundquist College of Business is seeking talented faculty passionate about teaching and learning to fill pro tempore positions in the Department of Management. These are limited-duration appointments, potentially renewable for up to three years. Pro tempore faculty will teach Management and general Business courses at both the undergraduate and graduate levels, with courses conducted on campus and in the classroom. The department focuses on areas such as sustainable business practices, human resource management, leadership, organizational behavior, negotiation, and business writing. The role requires a strong commitment to quality instruction, service to students, and contributing positively to a diverse community, working effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Requirements
- Master's degree (or BA/BS degree with substantial professional experience as an exceptional circumstance).
- Ability to deliver inclusive, engaged, and research-led teaching at the college level.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability or potential for quality teaching.
Nice To Haves
- PhD or other doctorate.
- Demonstrated teaching experience.
