About The Position

The PRN RN at Elite Home Care Day Centers & Transportation in the Coastal Region provides treatments to members with a physician’s order. The role includes monitoring members’ health, communicating changes or concerns to the Administrator or family as needed, and helping maintain accurate, up-to-date member records. The position operates Monday through Friday, during hours of operation from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with no nights, weekends, or holidays.

Requirements

• Hold a valid, current South Carolina nursing license in good standing.
• Have at least 1 year of nursing experience.
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with members and provide redirection when needed.

Nice To Haves

• Nursing experience with senior adults, adults with disabilities, or in a community setting is preferred.
