About The Position

The PRN RN/LPN at Elite Home Care Day Centers & Transportation in the Coastal Region provides treatments to members with a physician’s order, monitors members’ health, communicates changes or concerns to the Administrator or family as needed, and helps maintain accurate, up-to-date member records. The role operates Monday through Friday during the center’s hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with no nights, weekends, or holidays.

Requirements

• Valid and current nursing license in South Carolina in good standing.
• At least one year of nursing experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with members and provide redirection when needed.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with senior adults, adults with disabilities, or in a community setting is preferred.
