About The Position

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring PRN Registered Nurses (RNs) and Private Duty Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to provide one-to-one in-home care for medically fragile children and young adults in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and surrounding areas. This coverage role offers flexible scheduling with no minimum number of shifts required to remain employed; clinicians can pick up shifts based on their availability. Available shifts include days, nights, evenings, and weekends, in 8-, 10-, 12-, or 16-hour blocks. Pay starts at $35 per hour, with weekly pay.

Nurses provide skilled care, assess and monitor patients, administer medications, treatments, and therapies, follow physician orders and plans of care, educate families and caregivers, and respond to changes in patient condition. The role includes one-to-one patient care, 24/7 clinical support, paid training, SIM lab access, ongoing clinical education, and support for new graduates.

Requirements

• Active Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license.
• Current CPR certification.
