About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a passion for pediatric or adult care to join its Skilled Nursing team through the Washington Township office. The role provides compassionate, reliable, high-quality care to clients in their homes, with one-to-one client care and flexible scheduling. Nurses travel to one client home per shift, follow and execute doctors’ orders, conduct assessments, monitor client conditions, and document observations, interventions, and evaluations. The position includes paid training in the office, in the home, and online; access to adult and pediatric simulation labs; around-the-clock clinical support by phone; and electronic charting using Statewise. Scheduling is flexible, with at least one ongoing shift per week required. Available shifts may be mornings, evenings, or overnights, in 8-, 10-, or 12-hour lengths. The role may be PRN, part-time, or full-time, and pay is $28–$38 per hour based on experience and skills.

Requirements

Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by a school transcript or diploma.
A current nursing license in good standing in the state.

Responsibilities

Travel to one client’s home on a chosen schedule.
