About The Position

Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is seeking a part-time Private Duty Assistant Nursing Supervisor (LPN) to support its established pediatric and young adult nursing team in Springfield and surrounding communities. This role is suited to an experienced LPN interested in developing leadership skills while remaining involved in patient care. The supervisor provides clinical support and leadership to the Private Duty Nursing team through nurse, client, and family orientation and training, field nursing visits, in-office support, and guidance in a fast-paced home care environment. The position works closely with Care Coordinators and other clinical team members.

Requirements

• Current LPN license held for at least 2 years.
• Organized, energetic, and self-motivated.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Comfortable working independently in the field and as part of a team.
• Passion for supporting pediatric and young adult patients and their families.

Nice To Haves

• Trach, vent, G-tube, and J-tube experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical support and leadership to the Private Duty Nursing team.
• Orient and train nurses, clients, and families.
• Conduct field nursing visits and provide in-office support.
• Help ensure nurses have the tools, training, and support they need to succeed.
• Work closely with Care Coordinators and other clinical team members.
• Provide guidance and support in a fast-paced home care environment.
