About The Position

Under direct supervision, the Printer 1 (Plant Supervisor) coordinates the workforce, physical plant, inventory, and requirement activities. This is an entry-level Plant Supervisor role overseeing inmate laborers performing manufacturing duties. The position assists more senior supervisors with manufacturing and related responsibilities while developing skills in training inmates, developing and executing safety procedures, and ensuring quality control and efficient manufacturing procedures are followed. The role may include routine maintenance of production equipment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
