About The Position

Entry-level Plant Supervisor overseeing inmate laborers performing manufacturing duties. Under direct supervision, coordinates the workforce, physical plant, inventory, and requirement activities. Assists more senior supervisors with manufacturing and related responsibilities while developing skills in training inmates, executing safety procedures, and ensuring quality control and efficient manufacturing procedures. May perform routine maintenance of production equipment. The position may be filled as a Plant Supervisor 2 based on applicant experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
