About The Position
Dart’s new paper plate manufacturing Center of Excellence is up and running, and we’re growing our team! We’re looking for a Print Machine Operator to join us and play an important role in our next chapter of innovation and manufacturing excellence. We’re seeking driven, detail-focused operators who are passionate about running high-speed equipment, ensuring product quality, and keeping production on point. Candidates with prior print operating experience—especially flexographic printing experience—are strongly preferred. Requirements
- Level I: Entry-level; basic mechanical aptitude and math skills. Manufacturing or print experience preferred
- Level II: 2+ years of manufacturing or print operating experience, or technical training
- Level III: 3+ years of experience operating specialized or high-speed machinery. Proven ability to set up, troubleshoot, and optimize print equipment.
Nice To Haves
- Flexographic or other industrial printing experience strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor printing equipment
- Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot machines
- Perform quality checks and basic maintenance
- Log production data and follow safety/GMP procedures
- Use SAP to complete production processes
