About The Position

McKinley Paper Company is hiring an entry-level Machine Operator at its Prewitt Mill in Prewitt, New Mexico. The full-time role supports the timely and accurate manufacturing of components and finished goods. The operator uses appropriate hand tools and equipment, follows standard operating procedures and safety policies, and helps ensure manufactured products meet quality standards. Requirements

Machine operation ability.
Ability to perform basic mathematical equations and read and understand measurements.
Ability to read and understand part, component, and job instructions.
Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
1–3 years of experience in a related field.
Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts.
Ability to lift 40 pounds and perform physical tasks for extended periods, including standing, pushing, and pulling.
High school diploma or equivalent.
