About The Position

Toshiba America Business Solutions is hiring a Print Associate in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Examine work orders to determine print quantity, completion dates, stock specifications, and color.
• Print jobs according to specifications and process them on a first-in, first-out basis.
• Review completed orders for completion and quality.
• Package finished products for pickup, including shrink-wrapping, boxing, and labeling as needed.
• Use equipment such as paper cutters, hole drillers, bindery equipment, tape machines, stackers, and electric staplers.
• Perform minor equipment maintenance, including clearing paper jams, setting up specifications, reloading paper, and adding toner.
• Troubleshoot minor problems and contact a service technician for more in-depth problems.
• Respond to customer questions and inquiries about job status or job feasibility.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
