About The Position

The Print Shop Associate works as part of a team at an eCommerce fulfillment center, packing orders and helping meet customer requests. The role calls for managing assigned tasks independently, asking for help when needed, and finding proactive work during slower periods. Associates are encouraged to learn, bring forward ideas, and adapt to a changing business.

Requirements

• A proven track record of hard work; warehouse experience is not required.
• A likeable personality and willingness to learn.
• Attention to detail and ability to solve problems on the fly.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while staying calm under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Pack orders alongside the team and help fulfill customer requests.
• Manage assigned tasks and time independently, asking for help or ensuring tasks are completed.
• Identify and complete proactive tasks during slower periods to reduce future workload.
• Learn and adapt to the company’s evolving operations.
• Contribute ideas and help improve the business and work environment.
