About The Position

The Principal at Jubilee Academies serves as the instructional leader of campus, responsible for coaching and developing teachers, leading team members to achieve ambitious goals, and fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. This role involves managing instructional programs, overseeing campus operations, and supervising personnel to ensure high standards of instructional service and compliance with district policies. The principal provides leadership that supports the success of all instructional programs and the effective operation of all campus activities, maintaining a focus on achieving outstanding educational outcomes for all students. Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree, required
• At least three years of teaching and three years of Assistant Principal experience is required.

Nice To Haves

• Master's in Education, preferred
• Valid Texas Mid-Management / Principal Certification, preferred.
