About The Position

The Principal, Technical Program Manager leads complex, large-scale technology programs by defining goals, managing cross-functional dependencies, and driving end-to-end delivery. This role requires expertise in program and risk management, technical design, and stakeholder engagement to ensure scalable, high-quality solutions. The position involves coordinating multiple teams, resolving ambiguities, and implementing process improvements to optimize workflows. The successful candidate will communicate effectively across multiple groups, build practical solutions, and leverage data-driven insights to achieve strategic objectives while maintaining operational excellence and aligning with organizational priorities. Requirements

  • Experience in technical program management, product operations, engineering program management, product management, or a related field.
  • Strong builder mindset with experience turning ambiguous problems into practical, scalable solutions.
  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional work across Product and Technology.
  • Strong systems thinking with understanding of operating models, planning, governance, dependencies, and execution.
  • Experience building workflows, tools, automation, or new operating approaches.
  • Curiosity and practical experience with AI-enabled ways of working.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and executive storytelling skills.
  • Bias toward action, experimentation, simplification, and continuous improvement.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related area and 6 years’ experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area.
  • OR 8 years’ experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area.

Nice To Haves

  • Certification in Project Management.
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, with specialization in strategy, supply chain, finance, information systems, or related area and 4 years’ experience in product design.
  • Background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.

  • Partner across Product, Technology, TPM, Design, and Strategy to solve complex, ambiguous problems.
  • Simplify, automate, or eliminate processes and handoffs that no longer add value.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and barriers early and drive solutions.
  • Measure adoption, operating health, decision velocity, and sustained behavior change.
