Principal Review Supervisor

Voya Financial•Boston, MA

About The Position

Voya Wealth Management is hiring experienced Series 24 principals to perform supervisory review across its dually registered broker-dealer and investment adviser, serving advisors in employee and independent advisor channels. The role reviews brokerage, advisory and managed accounts, insurance and annuity products, fixed income, mutual funds, and options. It requires sound, defensible judgment grounded in knowledge of products, regulations, and clients, as well as the ability to explain decisions. The position also contributes to the development of Voya’s supervisory review model by testing automated review rules, defining routing and exception criteria, and identifying processes that hinder good decisions. The role initially focuses on Principal Review, with the possibility of supporting other supervisory activities as the risk-based model and business needs evolve, with appropriate training and transition support. At the senior level, the reviewer may lead one or more product areas, handle complex and escalated cases, and mentor newer reviewers. The position works with advisors and internal partners, supports quality assurance and regulatory examinations, and helps maintain consistent and effective supervisory processes. Voya describes its workplace as one that values employees’ differences and encourages them to bring their whole selves to work.
