Voya Financial•Boston, MA
•$71,090 - $118,500•Hybrid

About The Position

Voya Wealth Management is modernizing its supervision practices and seeks a manager to lead Principal Review through that transformation. The manager leads Series 24 principals reviewing brokerage, advisory and managed account, insurance and annuity, fixed income, and options transactions across employee and independent advisor channels. The role is accountable for established service levels and supervisory standards and serves as the first escalation point for reviewers and the field. The manager implements the desk’s risk-based review model, including tiered review, automation of routine work, straight-through processing, and AI-assisted triage. The role maintains and executes Written Supervisory Procedures (WSPs) and the supervisory risk model, which are owned above this role, and shares desk evidence and experience with policy leaders. Principal Review and Field Supervision are assignments within one supervisory job family. Depending on business needs, the role may support Field Supervision associates and workflows, including inspections, communications surveillance, and OSJ oversight, and may partner with managers responsible for trading, fee billing, and money movement. The position is based near the Boston office, with an expected onsite presence averaging up to two days per week.
