About The Position

Voya Wealth Management is seeking a manager to lead Principal Review as the firm modernizes its supervisory approach. The role leads Series 24 principals reviewing brokerage, advisory and managed-account, insurance and annuity, fixed-income, and options transactions across employee and independent advisor channels. The manager maintains service levels and supervisory standards, serves as the first escalation point for reviewers and the field, and implements a risk-based review model incorporating tiered review, automation, straight-through processing, and AI-assisted triage. The role maintains and executes Written Supervisory Procedures (WSPs) and the supervisory risk model, which are owned above this position, and provides desk evidence and experience to policy-setting leaders. Principal Review and Field Supervision are assignments within one supervisory job family. Depending on business needs, the manager may support Field Supervision associates and workflows such as inspections, communications surveillance, and OSJ oversight, as well as peer managers responsible for trading, fee billing, and money movement. The role may support approximately 15–25% of responsibilities in a Field Supervision assignment. Candidates may discuss whether they are interested in leading only one assignment during the interview process. The position is based near Voya’s Boston office, with expected onsite presence averaging up to two days per week to support team and business priorities. The listed annual base salary range is $71,090–$118,500 USD; compensation may vary based on location, experience, education, licensing requirements, and skills. Incentive opportunities may also be offered depending on the role.
