Veradigm•Raleigh, NC

About The Position

The Principal Product Manager is a senior individual contributor responsible for a strategic area of Veradigm’s clinical product portfolio. Reporting to the Director of Product Management, this role sets product direction, leads discovery, and aligns the roadmap with business objectives and healthcare regulatory requirements. It has no direct reports and requires leadership through influence, cross-functional alignment, and accountability for customer and business outcomes. The role operates within an empowered product team model based on SVPG principles. Product managers own problems, lead cross-functional teams in finding solutions, and measure success by outcomes. Depending on the work, the role may build new capabilities with a dedicated engineering team or define requirements and influence roadmaps owned by other product teams. This is a hybrid position with an expectation of two days per week onsite and up to 20% travel. The role works across the product lifecycle, from discovery and requirements through launch and iteration, and maintains a focus on clinical workflows, technical feasibility, usability, reliability, performance, security, and regulatory compliance.
