The position serves as a clinical subject matter expert for assigned products and workflows, contributing clinical scope, risk assessment, hazard documentation, validation, customer readiness, post-release learning, and clinical ontology, terminology, and knowledge structures. Product Management retains ownership of roadmap and release decisions, informed by clinical SME assessments and recommendations. It also identifies and documents clinical hazards and patient-safety risks, evaluates mitigations, and supports impact assessments, release readiness, and validation. Customer readiness duties include creating and reviewing release and training materials, preparing customer-facing teams, collaborating with implementation and support functions, and representing Oracle Health in customer discussions and industry activities. The role defines clinical value and adoption measures, gathers post-release feedback, and turns findings into product improvement recommendations and evidence-based customer value stories. It also collaborates on content governance, clinical explainability, interoperability, and consideration of country-specific terminology, data models, and health-system variation. The posting lists separate product-management qualification criteria: minimum qualifications include 11 years of relevant experience, or a bachelor’s degree and 7 years, or a master’s degree and 5 years. Preferred qualifications include 12 years, or a bachelor’s degree and 8 years, or a master’s degree and 6 years, as well as relevant domain, agile, and customer-interaction experience.
