This role focuses on how diners find what they love and why they return, owning the strategy and roadmap across subscription, and diner retention. This is a high-visibility role ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity and drives decisions with data. Strong candidates have a track record of improving conversion on high-traffic consumer surfaces, experience working closely with ML and data science teams on ranking and personalization problems, and the UX instincts to translate data signals into product decisions. Experience in eCommerce or marketplace environments is preferred.
