Principal Product Manager

UiPath•New York, NY

About The Position

UiPath is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead the development, commercialization, and scaling of enterprise software solutions in its Healthcare business. The role focuses on turning customer-specific implementations and early customer successes into mature, scalable, configurable products that can be deployed efficiently across enterprise customers. The Product Manager owns the lifecycle from discovery and product definition through development, launch, adoption, and continuous improvement, partnering with engineering, design, industry experts, sales, and marketing. The role supports UiPath's Healthcare business, but prior healthcare experience is not required; strong product management experience, execution, and success scaling enterprise software are valued. The Product Manager will define product strategy and roadmaps, establish product requirements and success measures, lead cross-functional development, and improve product scalability, usability, and implementation efficiency. The role also involves engaging customers, turning feedback and implementation learnings into reusable product capabilities, supporting onboarding and self-service improvements, and contributing to product positioning, launches, enablement, and commercialization. This is a hands-on role in a fast-moving business evolving toward repeatable software products.

  • 7+ years of product management experience preferred; candidates with fewer years and demonstrated rapid career progression may be considered.
  • Demonstrated success owning products from concept, MVP, or early customer deployments through launch, adoption, and scale.
  • Strong product management fundamentals, including discovery, roadmap development, requirements definition, prioritization, and agile execution.
  • Experience working closely with software engineering teams to deliver complex products and features.
  • Ability to translate business and customer requirements into detailed product specifications and actionable engineering deliverables.
  • Strong understanding of software product development, including architecture considerations, scalability, usability, and technical tradeoffs.
  • Hands-on approach to product development, including the ability to create prototypes and articulate product concepts.
  • Experience incorporating customer feedback, usage data, and market insights into product decisions.
  • Demonstrated involvement in product launches, go-to-market planning, sales enablement, and commercialization.
  • Strong business judgment and ability to balance customer needs, engineering capacity, product quality, and revenue opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment with evolving priorities, fast-moving teams, and broad ownership expectations.
  • U.S. citizenship is required.
