About The Position

Docusign is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead the end-to-end convergence of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) into Intelligent Agreement Management (IAM). This staff-level individual contributor role will establish a coherent product strategy across CLM and IAM, define capabilities for a unified customer experience, and lead execution across multiple product pillars. The position focuses on platform integration in complex enterprise environments, connecting customer problems to platform strategy and leading through influence across product, engineering, design, go-to-market, and enterprise co-innovation teams. The role will define the vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for CLM-IAM convergence; set priorities and decision frameworks; and establish architecture and interoperability requirements in partnership with engineering and architecture leaders. It will provide central product ownership for core CLM capabilities and CLM-IAM interoperability while coordinating work across AI and agentic automation, collaboration and integrations, workflow intelligence, and contract foundation capabilities. The Principal Product Manager will lead discovery and prioritization for enterprise capabilities, establish roadmap and dependency-management mechanisms, represent the strategy to executives and customers, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver an integrated experience and adoption. The position will define outcome-based metrics and use customer feedback, product usage, market signals, and business results to guide investment decisions. It also includes mentoring product managers and improving product strategy across the organization. The position reports to the Senior Director, Product Management and is hybrid, with at least two days per week in an office.
