  • Hands-on expertise with AI compute infrastructure, including NVIDIA GPU platforms such as H100/H200 and Blackwell, server and rack architecture, power and cooling trade-offs, and sizing for training, fine-tuning, and inference.
  • Hands-on expertise in AI networking, including RDMA, RoCE, InfiniBand, Ethernet AI fabrics such as NVIDIA Spectrum-X, DPUs/SuperNICs, and the effect of fabric design on job performance.
  • Working knowledge of Kubernetes, cloud-native operations, and scheduling and isolating GPU workloads in multi-tenant clusters.
  • Track record of shipping complex hardware-and-software solutions to enterprise customers from requirements through launch and adoption.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with credibility among engineers, executives, and customers.

  • Experience with agent runtimes and harnesses such as NVIDIA OpenShell and NemoClaw, OpenClaw, and Hermes, including sandboxing, policy, and inference routing for always-on agents.
  • Experience with NVIDIA AI Enterprise, including NIM microservices, NeMo, Triton/Dynamo, GPU and Network Operators, and NVIDIA AI Blueprints.
  • Experience with private, sovereign, or regulated-industry AI deployments, or hybrid cloud platforms such as HPE GreenLake.
  • Prior engineering, solutions architecture, or forward-deployed experience.
  • MBA or advanced technical degree.

Responsibilities

  • Own strategy and roadmap for a Private Cloud AI product area across GPU compute, AI networking, and the AI software stack, tied to revenue, adoption, and utilization goals.
  • Define the platform across GPU and accelerator configurations, Spectrum-X and InfiniBand fabrics, storage, Kubernetes orchestration, scheduling, and curated AI tools.
  • Drive features that improve GPU utilization and time-to-value, including GPU sharing, fair-share quotas, gang scheduling, and multi-tenant isolation.
  • Lead the agentic AI roadmap, including secure agent runtimes, model serving, and developer frameworks as supported, enterprise-ready platform experiences.
  • Partner with NVIDIA and the open-source ecosystem to define integrations, validated designs, and release timing.
  • Work directly with enterprise, sovereign, and service-provider customers to translate workloads into requirements and product requirement documents.
