About The Position

Evolve is hiring a Principal Product Manager to lead its Pro offering for short-term rental operators and homeowners associations (HOAs) managing larger portfolios of properties. Pro supports customers as they evaluate providers, bring properties and teams onto the platform, manage operations, and deliver reliable experiences to their own customers. The role owns the Pro roadmap end to end and sets the product direction across a broad, evolving product surface. The product leader will connect customer acquisition, onboarding, day-to-day operations, retention, renewal, and expansion into a coherent strategy. A key focus is building flexible, modular, configurable capabilities that meet different operator and HOA needs without creating separate custom solutions for each use case. The Principal Product Manager partners closely with Commercial, Design, Engineering, and other teams to turn complex customer needs into scalable product capabilities. The role leads cross-functional work from discovery through delivery, launch, and iteration; sets success measures; uses customer research and product data to evaluate outcomes; and represents Pro customers in product decisions. Evolve is open to candidates living anywhere in the United States except Washington, D.C. and Hawaii, subject to stated restrictions in some states. Colorado-based employees may work remotely in the state, from the Denver office, or in a hybrid arrangement.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of product management experience.
  • Experience driving 0-to-1 product buildouts, including ownership of strategy and delivery for complex products or product areas.
  • Business and commercial mindset, with the ability to assess how product capabilities affect client acquisition, top-line performance, retention, and operational efficiency.
  • Experience building for B2B or B2B2C customers, particularly products involving customer acquisition, onboarding, user or account management, retention, or expansion.
  • Track record of structuring ambiguous problems and turning broad opportunities into focused, outcome-driven roadmaps.
  • Strong customer discovery skills, including identifying needs shared across segments and distinguishing them from needs requiring configuration or another approach.
  • Experience partnering with Commercial, Sales, or go-to-market teams to connect product strategy with customer acquisition and business growth.
  • Ability to balance customer-specific needs with scalable platform capabilities and make progress when requirements or ownership are unclear.
  • Comfort working with Engineering on technical tradeoffs, system constraints, and sequencing.
  • Practical product judgment about when to refine workflows and when clarity, reliability, and efficiency matter most.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to align senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams around decisions and outcomes.
  • Pragmatic AI builder mindset and ability to use AI tools, LLMs, and agents to prototype and test ideas in collaboration with Engineering.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in enterprise SaaS, property technology, vacation rentals, or software for managing portfolios of properties, locations, accounts, or users.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Pro, balancing customer needs, business opportunity, and platform investment.
  • Develop a deep understanding of portfolio operators and HOAs, including how they evaluate providers, onboard properties and teams, manage operations, and decide whether to stay.
  • Improve the end-to-end experience from evaluating and adopting Pro through onboarding, portfolio management, renewal, and expansion.
  • Identify needs shared across customer types and develop modular, configurable capabilities rather than one-off solutions.
  • Make product decisions across a broad and ambiguous area, sequence work, and explain tradeoffs to senior stakeholders and delivery teams.
  • Partner with Commercial strategy to understand target customers, define the offering, and align the product roadmap with how Pro is positioned and sold.
  • Work with Engineering and Design to turn complex workflows into useful, dependable experiences, prioritizing usability and operational efficiency for customers managing many properties and users.
  • Establish success measures, use customer research and product data to assess performance, and adjust the roadmap as evidence changes.
  • Lead cross-functional work through discovery, definition, delivery, launch, and iteration, aligning teams with different priorities.
  • Represent Pro customers in product decisions and build shared organizational understanding of their needs.
  • Use AI tools, LLMs, and agents to rapidly prototype solutions and validate hypotheses, collaborating with Engineering to transition proven concepts into scalable production features.

Benefits

  • Industry-competitive pay, company equity, and a 401(k) with a 4% immediate vesting match.
  • 16–18 weeks of paid parental leave for birthing parents and 10 weeks for non-birthing parents, plus infertility coverage.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans, including 100% employer-paid dental and vision for individual coverage and a low-cost medical option.
  • 10 free mental health visits and pet insurance.
