About The Position

Docker is seeking a Principal Product Manager to own its core Sandbox platform product area, guiding it from concept through delivery and operation. The role shapes a key area of Docker’s product portfolio and works with developers, customers, partners, and internal teams to expand Docker’s open ecosystem and deliver customer value. The successful candidate will help teams continuously build, measure, and learn while scaling services and advancing the product roadmap. This role requires experience working with developers and technical knowledge of developer tools, software development lifecycles, software supply chains, and the safe orchestration and deployment of AI agents in sandboxes. The Product Manager will take ownership of significant objectives, work across functions, and bring a bias for action. In the first 30 days, the person will learn Docker’s vision, mission, values, team, and business-unit goals; meet colleagues; work with design, research, and engineering to understand user needs; review quarterly goals; and learn the roadmap and available data. By 90 days, they are expected to clarify product vision, develop a deep understanding of developers and customers, shape the team roadmap with design and engineering, define quarterly OKRs, and report progress. Over the first year, they will lead cross-functional product initiatives and drive long-term product direction, including contributions to ARR. The role is remote-first. Docker does not offer visa sponsorship for this position. U.S. compensation is $280,000–$300,000 plus equity.
