About The Position

Experian is hiring a Principal Product Manager to own the strategy and roadmap for contract-management products used by hospitals and health systems to load, model, and monitor payer contracts. The products support accurate reimbursement calculations, identification of underpayments, and correct application of contract terms across the revenue cycle. The role owns the organization’s most significant and often multi-threaded opportunities in this area, guides large or complex engineering teams and investments, and sets standards for contract-modeling rigor, requirements quality, and launch excellence across Billing Office products. The position owns contract modeling and rate management; fee schedule and contract loading; underpayment and variance detection; contract compliance and renegotiation support; and contract analytics and reporting. It sets portfolio strategy and investment priorities, builds business cases using cost, revenue, and ROI modeling, and establishes outcome-based OKRs. The Principal Product Manager uses AI and prototyping to reduce risk in ambiguous, cross-team, or regulated work, and coaches others in responsible use. The role also leads strategic customer relationships and maintains expertise in payer contracting, reimbursement methodologies, and relevant regulation. It reports to the VP of Product Management.
