About The Position

Siemens is hiring a Principal Product Manager to define strategy and architecture for a product domain bringing generative AI into the physical world. The role works across engineering, machine learning, design, and hardware to develop new interfaces and platforms, and requires a systems-level perspective on AI product development. The position has significant technical depth and influences decisions across research and product, shaping how people interact with AI agents in dynamic environments. The posting describes the role as remote, while its work-mode listing specifies Hybrid (Remote/Office). The product leader will define vision, strategy, and roadmaps for an AI-native platform, interface, or product line; turn open-ended problems into structured product definitions and scalable architectures; lead cross-functional delivery; and own the lifecycle from initial MVP through post-launch iteration. The role also identifies data, feedback, and learning loops to improve models and user experience, and represents product strategy to leadership and stakeholders. The organization builds platforms and products for generative intelligence and embodied systems, including intelligent behaviors that respond to voice, vision, and action in the real world. Senior Principal PMs are expected to work autonomously, define and scale product systems, and deliver lasting impact.
