About The Position

Twin Health is seeking a Principal Product Manager to own and reinvent the end-to-end nutrition experience, from logging and insights to AI-powered guidance, meal planning, and behavior change. This role will define how people understand food, make decisions, and change habits, powered by AI and deeply personalized data. Twin Health is the only company applying AI Digital Twin technology exclusively toward metabolic health, empowering people to improve and prevent chronic metabolic diseases like type 2 diabetes and obesity. Requirements

  • 8+ years experience in Product Management, or equivalent impact.
  • Track record of building consumer experiences
  • Strong analytical instincts—you use data to find truth, not just confirm ideas
  • Builder mindset—you can go from concept to shipped product
  • Excited about AI and how it changes how products are built
  • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Understand the member deeply
  • Analyze behavior, food logs, and outcomes to uncover what drives change
  • Identify the highest-leverage opportunities to improve member health
  • Build experiences that change behavior
  • Own the full nutrition journey: logging → insights → guidance → action
  • Design experiences that are engaging and drive long-term change
  • Build the foundation
  • Define and evolve the core data models and systems powering nutrition
  • Enable both member-facing experiences and internal tools
  • Operate end-to-end in an AI-first world
  • Rapid iteration and learning: idea → prototype → delivery
  • Translate insights into precise briefs and PRDs to drive clarity
  • Drive outcomes
  • Define success metrics and own results
  • Continuously improve behavior change, engagement, and clinical outcomes
  • Other duties as assigned
