About The Position

We are seeking a customer-obsessed, results-driven PMT to join the Outbound Communications team. We operate the foundational systems that enable Amazon and its subsidiaries to communicate with customers on Whatsapp, Email, SMS, and Push messages. Our mission is to serve as Amazon’s digital companion to guide customer actions and drive long-term engagement with Amazon through communications that are relevant, timely, and indispensable.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
• Experience technical product management

Nice To Haves

• 8+ years of technical product or program management experience

Responsibilities

• Work closely with marketing and business stakeholders, engineers, and scientists to create engaging customer experiences and scalable communications solutions
• Work backwards from customer and business needs
• Think big about product solutions
• Guide the team through delivering results
