About The Position

The Selling Partner Growth organization's vision is to empower Selling Partners with tools and programs that make the Amazon store the premiere destination for new sellers, and create the best place to build brands and achieve long-term, sustainable growth. This vision is pursued by delivering relevant, trust-worthy, and globally optimized action recommendations to Selling Partners. At any given time, Selling Partners can take a multitude of actions to grow their business on Amazon. The Agentic Growth Optimization team's charter is to establish growth intelligence primitives and offer Selling Partners a business advisor that proactively and continuously guides them to optimize for selection success in an ever-changing store.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative/technical field such as computer science, engineering, statistics
  • 7+ years of end to end product delivery experience
  • 7+ years of technical product or program management experience
  • Experience overseeing roadmap strategy and definition throughout the product life cycle from concept to end of lifecycle
  • Experience participating in or leading technical collaborations and creating alignment across diverse groups (e.g., hardware engineering, software engineering, program management)
  • Experience communicating clearly and concisely with leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree, or MBA in computer science, engineering, analytics, mathematics, statistics, IT or equivalent
  • Experience analyzing large datasets and translating them to actionable business insight
  • Experience in solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits), or experience communicating results to senior leadership

Responsibilities

  • Own the long-term vision and roadmap for integrating primitives and capabilities with emerging Selling Partner facing experiences, such as Seller Assistant.
  • Imagine a conversational experience where Selling Partners discover and effortlessly act on their growth opportunities, and automate actions to be taken on their behalf.
  • Develop a framework that defines the scope of growth actions to enable agentic execution for, with a clear point of view on where human-in-the-loop will be required, along with a vision for guardrails, approvals, and reversals.
  • Partner with engineers, data scientists and UX designers to ensure experiences are trust-worthy and relevant.
  • Frequently present to and seek alignment with senior leaders from partner teams.
