Principal Product Manager, Outbound Engagement Today, energy communication is often reactive and fragmented. We see something better. Contextual. Intelligent. Proactive. Requirements
- 5 to 10+ years of product management experience in a scaling SaaS or enterprise software environment
- Direct experience building or scaling marketing technology, campaign orchestration systems, or outbound engagement platforms
- Systems thinking across workflows, integrations, constraints, and execution layers
- Experience integrating complex systems and APIs
- Experience collaborating with data and analytics teams, ideally including exposure to ML-driven initiatives
Nice To Haves
- Energy, telecom, fintech, or similar domain experience
- Experience with operational event systems such as outage or service-triggered communications
- Exposure to predictive segmentation or AI-driven engagement systems
- Global product experience
