About The Position

Remitly is hiring a Business Development Manager to build its partnerships ecosystem by identifying, developing, and closing new B2B partnerships that use the company’s global payments infrastructure. The role works with marketplaces, gig and workforce platforms, fintechs, banks, wallets, financial institutions, and other businesses with cross-border payment or mass payments needs. This is a consultative enterprise sales role focused on helping prospective partners understand how Remitly’s payment rails, regulatory infrastructure, foreign exchange capabilities, and global reach can support their products and payment strategies. The position owns opportunities from prospecting through negotiation and signed agreement, while partnering with internal teams to shape commercially viable solutions and supporting a smooth transition into implementation and live volume. The role also contributes to repeatable sales approaches and represents Remitly Partnerships at industry events. Remitly describes its work culture as centered on in-person collaboration. Corporate team members are expected to work in the office at least 50% of the time monthly, typically three days a week; managers may set higher expectations. The listed starting base salary range is $184,000–$230,000. U.S. employees are shareholders, and equity is part of total compensation. The recruiter can provide more information about medical and other financial benefits.
