Amazon Ads is seeking a bold, entrepreneurial partnerships leader to architect deals, alliances, and commercial models that will accelerate its position as a disruptive force in digital advertising. The Enterprise Partnerships lead within the Ads Strategy / BD team is responsible for building and executing high-impact strategic partnerships that accelerate Amazon Ads' market positioning. This individual will own the end-to-end partnership lifecycle across agency holding companies, technical system integrators, and marketing technology providers — from initial opportunity identification through deal structuring and scaled execution. The ideal candidate is a seasoned business development or partnerships executive who combines strategic vision with deal-making rigor, operating at the intersection of advertising technology, enterprise sales, and platform strategy. They should bring deep fluency in the agency and martech ecosystem, a track record of structuring complex multi-party agreements, and the ability to translate market dynamics into actionable partnership frameworks that deliver measurable business impact.
