Amazon Ads is seeking a Director to lead two high-impact, creative workstreams: Brand Partnership Studios and Ads Brand Strategy. This is a dual-mandate leadership role that requires equal fluency in premium creative execution and long-term brand building — someone who is equally comfortable pitching a CMO on a custom entertainment partnership and shaping the strategic brand architecture for a quickly-evolving ads business. You will lead large, multi-disciplinary teams across multiple job families and creative disciplines. You will be the connective tissue between world-class entertainment IP, global advertisers, and Amazon's advertising publisher landscape, while simultaneously building the brand strategy infrastructure that defines how Amazon Ads shows up to the market. This role is for a leader who thrives in ambiguity, operates at the intersection of creativity and commerce, and has a track record of building and scaling creative organizations that deliver measurable business impact.
