SAP America, Inc. seeks a Principal Business Process Consultant at our Newtown Square, PA location to drive business consulting by translating the customer’s vision into solutions. This role involves mapping business processes to solution requirements, championing disruptive business innovation, and providing thought leadership around the transformation towards the Intelligent Enterprise. The consultant will drive change management to achieve business transformation objectives, support end-to-end solution design and configuration across on-premise, cloud, and hybrid solutions using state-of-the-art methodologies, and plan transitions of customer solution landscapes. Additionally, the role involves driving the deployment of best practice business processes for specific LoBs, supporting pre-sales activities, performing solution reviews and feasibility studies, and assisting in escalated projects. The Principal Business Process Consultant may occasionally take over responsibility as a (sub-)project lead or team lead for service delivery and supports line managers in people development tasks. They will deliver customer workshops and trainings, support partner-led projects, and introduce SAP and industry leading practices for complex business requirements based on experience. This role also drives the evolution of the services portfolio for the respective solution area and key related areas, potentially owning a service or initiating updates. Furthermore, the consultant drives the creation of templates, common practices, and supporting service delivery artifacts to optimize business processes and mentors other business process consultants.
