About The Position

MDVIP is offering an opportunity to acquire and lead an established, thriving MDVIP-affiliated primary care practice in Reno, Nevada. The physician will take over a loyal patient panel and carry forward the practice’s trusted legacy while shaping its future. The model emphasizes personalized, preventive outpatient care and meaningful, long-term relationships rather than high patient volume. Physicians typically see 8–10 patients per day, with longer appointments, and have autonomy to lead the practice while drawing on MDVIP’s national network and support resources. The opportunity is intended for a physician interested in practice ownership and long-term leadership.

Requirements

• Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• An active medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
• A passion for patient-centered, preventive care.
• Interest in practice ownership and long-term practice leadership.
• Commitment to community, legacy, and lasting patient relationships.

Nice To Haves

• Five or more years of outpatient primary care experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and lead an established primary care practice and continue serving its patient panel.
• Provide personalized, preventive outpatient primary care, with an emphasis on wellness and long-term patient relationships.
• Manage a practice model designed for approximately 8–10 patients per day and longer appointments.
• Lead the practice independently while using MDVIP’s network, infrastructure, tools, and support.
