About The Position

MDVIP is offering an ownership opportunity to acquire and lead an established, thriving MDVIP-affiliated primary care practice in Tallahassee, Florida. The physician will inherit a loyal patient panel and continue a trusted practice legacy while shaping the future of care with the autonomy and support of MDVIP’s national physician network.

The practice emphasizes personalized, preventive, outpatient primary care and meaningful, long-term patient relationships rather than volume-based care. Physicians see approximately 8–10 patients per day, with longer appointments and a manageable schedule intended to support patient care and physician well-being. The role is suited to a physician interested in practice ownership and long-term leadership.

Requirements

• Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Active medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Passion for patient-centered, preventive care.
• Interest in practice ownership and long-term practice leadership.
• Commitment to community, legacy, and lasting relationships.

Nice To Haves

• Five or more years of outpatient primary care experience is preferred.
