About The Position

A well-established outpatient primary care group is seeking a Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) for its The Villages, Florida location. The role focuses on delivering personalized, high-quality healthcare while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. The position is 100% outpatient, with no inpatient responsibilities. The patient mix includes managed care, fee-for-service, and traditional Medicare. New providers have a gradual ramp-up of 6–8 patients daily; established physicians average 12–15 patients per day. Visits are 40 minutes for new patients and 30 minutes for follow-ups. The physician participates in a shared telephone call rotation of approximately 1:12, one week at a time, and receives office support staff. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Compensation includes a $230,000 base salary and performance bonus opportunity. Requirements

MD or DO.
Florida medical license or eligibility to obtain one.

Nice To Haves

1–2 years of experience in primary care preferred.
Board certification or board eligibility is not required; ACNs accepted.

Responsibilities
