About The Position

Colorado Physician Partners, PLLC is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join its clinic in Littleton, Colorado. The clinic is one of 26 independent private practices in the Littleton area and is a member of PHPprime, an independent practice association that provides care coordination, practice transformation coaching, risk adjustment coding education, population health management, data and analytics, specialist network management, and large-group contracting. The clinics are independent outpatient practices in the Denver area. Care teams include providers and support staff, as well as care coordinators such as a social worker and an RN/patient educator; most practices also have mental health support. Physicians have clinical faculty appointments with the University of Colorado and teach CU medical students and Regis APP students. The practices care for complex patients and have earned maximum scores and bonuses with CPC+. The position offers an estimated total cash compensation of $250,000–$350,000 or more for a full-time commitment of 1.0 FTE, comprising 35 patient-facing hours and 5 clinical administrative hours per week. Compensation includes a base salary and a variable incentive bonus based on personal productivity and quality measures. Requirements

Board eligible or board certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
Supervisory skills and an interest in working with advanced practice providers.
