About The Position

Colorado Physician Partners, PLLC is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join an independent outpatient private practice in Denver, Colorado. The clinic is one of 26 practices in the Denver area and participates in PHPprime, an independent practice association that provides care coordination, practice transformation coaching, risk-adjustment coding education, population health management, data and analytics, specialist network management, and large-group contracting. The practices have providers and support staff, as well as social workers and RN/patient educators serving as care coordinators. Many practices also offer mental health support. Physicians have clinical faculty appointments with the University of Colorado, and CU medical students and Regis APP students participate in the practices. The group cares for complex patients and reports strong performance in CPC+. The role is described as a full-time commitment of 1.0 FTE, consisting of 35 patient-facing hours and 5 clinical administrative hours per week. Compensation is estimated at $250,000–$350,000 or more, consisting of base salary and a variable incentive bonus based on personal productivity and quality measures. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis until the position is filled.

Requirements

Board eligible or board certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
Supervisory skills and an interest in working with advanced practice providers.
