About The Position

Colorado Physician Partners, PLLC is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join its clinic in Littleton, Colorado. The clinic is one of 26 independent private-practice clinics in the Littleton area. Colorado Physician Partners participates in the independent practice association PHPprime, which provides care coordination, practice transformation coaching, risk-adjustment coding education, population health management, data and analytics, specialist network management, and large-group contracting. The independent outpatient practices are located in the Denver area and employ providers and support staff, with care coordination from a social worker and an RN/patient educator. Many practices also have mental health support. Physicians have clinical faculty appointments with the University of Colorado and teach CU medical students and Regis APP students. The group provides comprehensive individual and family care, collaborates on best practices, and develops solutions to improve quality of care. The role is described as a full-time commitment of 1.0 FTE, comprising 35 patient-facing hours and 5 clinical administrative hours per week. Compensation is estimated at $250,000–$350,000 or more, with base salary and a variable incentive bonus based on personal productivity and quality measures. Requirements

Board eligible or board certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
Supervisory skills and an interest in working with advanced practice providers.
