About The Position

Colorado Physician Partners, PLLC is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join an independent outpatient private practice clinic in Denver, Colorado. The clinic is one of 26 practices in the Denver area and is part of PHPprime, an independent practice association that provides care coordination, practice transformation coaching, risk-adjustment coding education, population health management, data and analytics, specialist network management, and large-group contracting.

The practices include providers and support staff, with care coordination from a social worker and an RN/patient educator; most practices also have mental health support. The group is known for caring for complex patients and has achieved maximum scores and bonuses with CPC+. Physicians have clinical faculty appointments with the University of Colorado, and medical and APP students participate in the practices. The position offers a base salary and variable incentive bonus tied to personal productivity and quality measures. The posted total cash compensation estimate is $250,000–$350,000 or more for a 1.0 FTE commitment of 35 patient-facing hours and five clinical administrative hours per week. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis until the position is filled.

Requirements

• Board eligible or board certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Supervisory skills and an interest in working with advanced practice providers.

Responsibilities
